How idax is helping this bank get rid of entitlement reviews
For this global full service bank, the annual entitlement review had become a real headache. A hundred thousand staff and seven million entitlements meant that reviews were cursory at best and a tick box exercise at worst. Something had to change to make this vital process meaningful and effective. The Risk Management team wanted to move to selective reviews based on risk, but recognised that only with idax was the kind of advanced analytics that was needed possible.
